Sistel. Photovoltaic Pergola

Sistel, an IT company, has entrusted Cubierta Solar with the installation of a photovoltaic pergola at its head offices.

The pergola has been installed on the terrace where it has a double function: generate electricity for self-consumption and provide shade for when the members of staff of Sistel take a break and for the events organised by the company.

SISTEL WILL SAVE 53% ON ITS ELECTRICITY BILL

The grid-connected 22.56 kWp system will produce 38,296 kWh annually. The pergola is made up of a combination of 56 Exiom translucent solar panels that do not require an aluminium frame and 20 Canadian poly Maxpower CS6U-330P model solar panels.

Sistel will save 53% on its electricity bill, which is the equivalent of 14 years of free electricity consumption. The cost of the kWh of this type of energy is 0.0045 euros compared to the current cost of the kWh in the grid that is 0.1357 euros + VAT. This means that the energy produced by this pergola will be 67% cheaper than that produced by the grid.
